The store was completely booked for appointments but I just needed tires mounted and balanced. I left them there with the shop and Grace (the manager) said they would squeeze them in when they had time. They were done in less than 24hrs. They exceeded my expectations.
Amazing Grace! Once again, I was rescued from an unsavory scenario by Automotive Center Manager Grace. In my experience Grace is unparalleled in the industry, and she is this store's greatest asset. She ensures that all customers are assisted in a timely manner and in most instances she is personally responsible for resolving any issues that may arise. In a landscape (retail) that is often lacking in customer service, she is the saving Grace. I'm all out of "Grace" cliches at this point...THANK YOU GRACE!

Patched nail in tire. Took 1 hour and I was back on road.
Unable to schedule tire installation when told I could do it online. Actually unable to get appointments for ANY of the services offered in the auto center! I was told I could have tires sent to the store, but I was unable to do that with the tires I found on the Walmart website, the only option was having them delivered to my home. Very disappointed with all of it!!!
Great service
Super thankful for the guys here helping me out when they were about to close with a hole in my tire!! They made a horrible and stressful situation so much better and I will be back ☺️
