Tom's does emmission testing for, quick and friendly service. M-F 9:00am - 2:30pm. Thank you Tom's for such quick service.

2nd time: Sunday morning my car was towed to their lot. Monday morning when they opened, they beat me to the punch by contacting me first with an estimate. Communication is key to a great business and everyone here has it. From the very friendly young lady at the desk, to the knowledgeable and personable mechanic to the top notch manager, communication is 100%. They will do whatever it takes to make your experience there a great one. I’ll be going back there for sure. 1st time: I will be back!! Went in for an emissions test and the staff was amazing! After I got it checked, I was even given the opportunity to renew my license right there! The gentleman in the garage even put the sticker on. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for my car issues! 10/10 Thank you!

I took my wife's car here for an emissions test. The gentleman said that it does not open until 9:00 A.M. for that service. It would have been a 1/2 hour wait. I said I would wait until that time. About a minute or so later, he came to the car and said he would do it now. Very impressive and professional gentlemen. It was completed in about 5 minutes. What great and outstanding service. I highly recommend this establishment.

Just got an emission inspection done here. The young lady doing the test did a great job at getting cars in and out at a fast pace. Professional customer service.

I was having a hard time finding a place that did emissions testing. They were kind enough to take me even after hours. Im very thankful.

I appreciate a place that answers the phone and is helpful. Took van in for emissions test. They were fast and friendly.

Tom’s Auto 2, on 27th St. is phenomenal. I happen to have two college boys and have a fleet of four cars. None of them are newer than 1997. I’m constantly putting money into them, I feel that’s valuable as the new and used car market prohibit me from updating. Hosam, who runs Tom’s is an excellent person and has done so many small favors for me For me at no charge. I will bring my car in for maintenance and he will say you know we did this this and this for you. No charge we appreciate your business. I highly recommend Toms. I used to be a tires plus person, but I never received the kind of attention personal favors that I do at times. I highly recommend you try him sometime soon.

Great service. Walkup emissions test was done in record time. Current emissions hours (9/2022) are M-F, 9:00-2:30. Would recommend!
Very reliable work. Hazeem the shop manager was a pleasure to work with when I was having problem with my tires. Very diligent employees..what a relief to do business with.

Misdiagnosed my cars problem. It took me about two minutes to learn about Toyota’s head gasket problems. Unfortunately that was after paying them $120 for the diagnosis and spending $350 on parts. At least I didn’t pay them the $1200 they quoted to change plugs and coils!
