If I could give a zero I would. I took my car here for repair upon pickup I noticed both my license plates missing. When I reported this to the person working in the service area he had a nonchalant attitude and said it couldn’t have gone missing there. When I asked to see the camera he stated said they have no cameras on premises. When I asked to speak with a manager I was denied. I was told to get new plates and once I did they would reimburse me. I immediately went to the DMV came back with new plates and my registration and was told I needed a receipt that I got plates to fast. Its apparent this company is dishonest and because of that they assume their customers are as well. Also while I was on the phone with my husband explaining what happen he yelled at me “shut up you dont know what you are talking about”. Very professional Amato. will be getting a receipt from the DMV tomorrow and returning for my reimbursement.
