Although it was just for an emissions test, they were ALL super friendly! Even joked around with me. Very pleased with them and how fast it was done.

I was having a rough day my car got towed that morning and I needed an emissions test. I was having trouble steering cuz of my power steering and the gentleman there was very helpful they helped me with my power steering and emissions test without cost and did not make me feel embarrassed when I scrape the side of my car leaving the building. I will definitely go back and recommend to other people

Called ahead of time and the owner was extremely helpful and squeezed me in for an emissions test. Talked to the owner and he was super nice and helpful. Great service & clean shop, will absolutely be back!

Please do not go here. I walked into the lobby and man in uniform who clearly worked there and had been talking to other men in the garages refused to acknowledge me whatsoever. It was awkward and just rude. Eventually, a male in the garages motioned me to come in and was, at first nice enough. I was there for an emissions test and he gave me directions on what to do. I pulled my car into the garages and while I am pulling in, he asked me to roll down my window so he could help me back in straight. He proceeds to call me sweetie, which I don’t really care for but whatever. I get out of my car and he starts asking me what I do for living, how much money I make and I am married with kids? He literally kept throwing out numbers. I don’t know who taught him that this line of questioning is appropriate, if it had something to do with his cultural upbringing, who knows. But I would steer clear of this place, particularly if you are a female.

I was very happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. I went in to have my air conditioner checked & a flex pipe replaced on my exhaust system. They got my air conditioning running & I have to return in a couple days for them to check for leaks. My exhaust is wonderfully quiet again. Very happy with the service.

I came in today without an appointment for an emission test. The service was exceptional and I was in and out within 3 minutes. Although I did not catch the gentleman’s name who was working there, he was very kind, professional/accommodating. I highly recommend this business.

Came in just to get my emissions test done. I called SO many different places to see if they offer emissions testing on a Friday after 4pm, and this place actually called me back! Hassim was so nice and helpful, he even was staying late to help people who needed their tests done. Awesome customer service, I definitely would consider going next time my car needs any maintenance 👏

I went there for an emissions test, and was immediately worked on with no significant wait. Courteous and polite the attendant finished all the testing and paperwork in under 15 minutes. Definitely recommend the garage for testing.

I highly recommend Tom's Auto maintenance located 5240 S 27th st. I changed my tires there this past week and the general manager was very nice, dependable, and gave me a great price for the tires and labor. The labor was fast and efficient and they got me out of there in about an hour and ten minutes. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here and not to the garages down the street because Tom's Auto Maintenance has the best price and great customer service!

The manager was helpful and explained what needed to be done one the car. The ride was offered both ways for going home and coming from home to pick up the car after it was done with fixing after a couple days! Everyone was helpful! My car is sounding nice and quiet thanks to Tom services! Very happy with the service!
