The technician and employees were very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I was told exactly what was wrong and no up selling occurred which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Caught a flat tire yesterday while out shopping. No one could get us in to plug a tire yesterday or Sunday. Most places was saying drop the car off (Saturday) and leave it and they will get to it sometime on Sunday. Well frigid weather, icy roads, and a spare tire just wasn’t going to cut it. My sister highly recommended going to Monroe. We arrived this morning shortly before they opened. Pablo was nice, helpful, and stated the technician will arrive shortly and will take care of us. We were in and out without an appointment, or long wait. Pablo invited us to wait inside in the warmth. I didn’t catch the technician name, but they both were all about customer service. Provided the three “E’s”-Easy, efficient, and exceptional. Along with the three “P’s”-People first attitude, patience, and pleasant. Thank you guys! We appreciate you greatly and look forward to your services in the near future!

The staff over at Monro are courteous and patient about there business. It’s refreshing to come across an auto mechanic shop with these qualities. I would definitely recommend and trust Monro. 🙌🏼👊🏼

Great place I bought some tires from tire rack and they told me I didn't need the tires my tires had the same tread as the new one saved me a lot of money
