My tire light had come on several times, after having my tires rotated by the car dealership twice during the last 5 months, they failed to notice a nail was in the tire. So it would not have mattered if I put air in the tire everday, the light would come on. I just would like to say thank you to JR and the mechanics at Monroe on S27 th st in Greenfield. They even checked my oil and topped it off. You don't find many honest folks today that treat woman with respect and honesty...hats off to your location.

Not going into all details. But they quoted me a job of over $2k saying I needed brakes/struts. Took it to another place, and it was a $20 fix! My brakes and struts were fine!!! That $20 fix solved the problem! On top of that, besides just checking my car for what I specifically went there for, they pulled my car into the garage and lifted it to "check my tires" and tried to make me feel bad about giving me an expensive part for free when I didn't even ask for it. Which I ended up still paying for. It's ashame because I always had good experience with their South 76th location. But they shut down. So I was hoping to experience same with this location. Always get 2nd and maybe even 3rd opinions before committing to work with them! I watched and listened to interactions while waiting. Some of the staff are nice. Some talk to you like you are an unwelcomed guest there.
