Everyone here is polite and knowledgeable. Been going for years to get my daughters car serviced without any issues. I highly recommend stopping in for your auto needs.

Monro consists of a bunch of creeps. My Monro experience started at the highway 100 location where i came in needing new tires, tpms and balancers (common sense) I purchased 800 dollar tires only to have to return numerous times after, Aaron a MANAGER was more concerned about fraternizing with me rather then doing the job correctly. I had to return 3 other times, because I left with unsealed tires, no tpms sensors or balancers. I returned only to have the balancers come off 5 different times, along with the tpms sensors never even being calibrated twice. Do the math how many times I had to come in. Hwy 100 location shut down, I then transferred to this location. Still being ignored, calling corporate ONLY TO HAVE TO KEEP RETURNING STILL. finally the balancers were put on correctly by a older gentlemen that can do his job correctly, but only “could seal one tire” so I drive around filling my tires with air daily, oh and the 800 dollar tires, they’ve picked up 4 nails, my final experience with this horrible place resulted in getting my tire patched from yet another nail, only to keep losing PSI, serious training should be provided for employees. Thanks for the long 3 years of absolute intolerable, unacceptable experience! Dont worry I’ll never come back, but anyone reading this I wouldn’t trust a single soul to work on your car there I’ve rotated through just about all of em!

CAUTION! PLEASE READ! DONT GO HERE! I wish I could give like negative 100 stars. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had in my life with auto mechanic shops. These are very shady people working here. I lost THOUSANDS dealing with them and my car still isn’t drivable. Actually it’s worse since bringing it here. Paid them to do my ball joints, which they overpriced me on, and ended up having to go back twice because the ball joints kept failing within only a couple of months. After going back the last time to get the ball joints done again, under the warranty, I took it to two different shops right after to have them look at the ball joints. So both shops verified that one ball joint was never replaced, so Monroe Auto lied about replacing that, and the ball joint Monroe Auto replaced on the other tire didn’t match my vehicle. THEY PUT ME IN DANGER LETTING ME DRIVE OFF LIKE THIS. And I have to pay out-of-pocket for ball joints on both front tires that should’ve been done right the first time and also covered under warranty. I took photos of the ball joint that doesn’t fit my vehicle. I’ve called the number and extension below and talked to someone about this. Even sent them the pictures and receipt. I explained everything to them, which is even more than what I explained above, and they’re not doing anything about it. They basically just responded to this review for the public. They’re not taking responsibility or helping me solve this issue, only ignoring me. I had to take off of work many days, wasting my time and missing money. They’ve caused me much pain and suffering. And I’ve had to come out of my pocket thousands of dollars because of The dishonesty of Monroe Auto.

I had a flat tire, and they fit me in right away. They were all extremely nice, and they were able to repair my tire, which saved me a lot of money.

I truly wish I could give zero stars with a review. First thing I brought my traverse in with a humming noise at only a certain speed. I told the guy that I noticed some of the weights not on the tires when I changed the pads recently and asked them to balance the tires. Even tho he told me the tires did indeed need balancing that the humming noises did continue and he said my transmission was going out. While I do not know a lot about cars I do in fact know this was not the noise of a transmission. So I went home and thought to myself hey let me check my hub bearing and yep it was indeed the hub bearing and tested to check for the noise and indeed the noise was gone. But I also thought myself let me check my transmission fluid and inspected it and it was dry. Even though I can’t prove it I do believe him to have removed it. Don’t take anything you own to this place they have no idea as to what they are doing
