Fixed my leaking tire overnight. The manager is friendly and willing to help get you back on the road. The cost was a little more than I expected but it seems everything these days it's a little more than I expected. Thanks Monro!

Noticed some vibration when braking earlier in the week so I knew I was gonna need my brakes checked but had a very busy week ahead of me and was hoping to get it fixed next week but experienced metal grinding sounds while driving and knew immediately this needed to be fixed asap. Found Monro Auto and called first thing in the morning to see if they could check out my car. They mentioned they had a full day booked but still accepted me to drop my car off and within a few hours checked it out and told me I needed new pads and rotors. Couple hours go by again and I’m told the calipers were fried as well and needed to be replaced. I was surprised by the extent of the repairs and cost but each time they called and informed me of the issue and price. Also had told me that my battery was dead and needed a new one, total surprise to me but I found it beyond normal customer service to have done an inspection on my car without me even asking for it and informing me openly about the issues. They managed to also find a couple coupons and saved me some money which was greatly appreciated. All this on a Saturday no less! I will gladly bring my car back to them for any future repairs.

Alternator went out and Monroe came to the rescue. Friendly guy at the desk, quick diagnosis and we were fixed within a day. Helpful with recommendations and overall great service

Called to set up an oil change for my truck on Friday, January 26th. Made the appointment for Sunday, the 28th at 2pm. Informed the guy that I would need to drop the car off before work and pick it up after I get off since I worked til 5 and they would have been closed by then. The Monro in Racine always did this for me so I figured I'd see if it was possible at this one. He said it was. Dropped my car off in Sunday, pre paid for my oil change and went to work. Walked about 15 minutes (luckily it was 35 degrees out...) and walked up to my truck to find all doors locked. Confirmed with the guy twice that he'd leave the keys inside, once during the scheduling of the appointment, and once upon drop off. Asked where the keys would be when I dropped it off and he said he'd call when it was done and see where I wanted them. Thought at the time he was using my phone number from when I scheduled the appointment since he didn't grab it when I dropped the car off. Never got a call that it was done and to find out where the keys would be. Rare situation for someone who is dropping off their car and picking it up after closing after pre paying but they should not have said this was possible if it couldn't be carried out as asked because I would have happily went somewhere else. I just figured the Racine location always did it and had great service with no issues that it could be done here. I was wrong! Cool dude, good job with the oil change but customer service to fix the situation and competence definitely lacked. Definitely won't be returning.
