I'm so very impressed! It is difficult to find a reputable, convenient, & service-oriented auto shop knowledgeable in BMW's. My 2015 X3 engine dangerously overheated. Midcoast Auto was 1 of 3 referred to me by my extended warranty company (many independents don't want to deal with that), & has excellent reviews. Junior was extremely helpful, actually had a cancellation the next day so was able to get my ride in immediately. They worked directly with the warranty company, which covered repairs for the water pump, & were able to diagnose, get needed parts, & complete all work in same day! Communication was stellar throughout the process. My car was left clean & purring like a kitten :). Unfortunately, my warranty did not cover the needed thermostat or serpentine belt (I get it), but I was thrilled / relieved that my portion of the repair cost after warranty & deductible was quite reasonable. Work was done on a Friday, & on Monday I received a follow up text from Jon, checking in on things - nice touch & very customer-focused! I've already referred my son & his older Lexus to Midcoast. It was a very positive experience - recommend them.

I’m in the process of getting my car fixed through RepairPal. Midcoast Auto was an option. Not only is JR honest and straightforward, he’s professional and friendly. He tells you what NEEDS to be done as well as what repairs will look like in the future. Awesome guy!

I had a full engine replacement that was going through an extended care insurance plan. Midcoast and Jon were so helpful and so understanding. It took almost a month for insurance to get everything sorted and Midcoast never got upset or frustrated. I got my car back in better condition than I sent it in and I am so thankful for all their help and understanding!

I took my vehicle to Midcoast Auto for an air cooler turbo boost issue, and they did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle!!!! I was impressed with their service overall, And it took about a week for the repair to be done but at least it was done correctly. I recommend mid Coast auto to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired.
