Horrible place, do not recommend. Put new tires on without aligning them. If you want someone to ruin your tires right away i’d recommend this place! Wheel wasn’t straight either! This place does not care about customers and their safety!!!

Sep 24, 2023Carlos, your son was told that he had a loose RF wheel bearing, incorrect wheel stud, along with a lot of other front steering and suspension issues. All repairs were declined, look at your invoice. We cannot align a vehicle properly with loose components. You were NOT billed for an alignment. Your son told us you two were fixing the car on Saturday(two days from today) we told him to get an alignment after those repairs. I'm not sure where the disconnect is, but coming back up to the shop and yelling at the other owner was not the right way to handle this situation. You are wrong and either do not want to discuss it with your son or do not want to admit it. Either way, sorry that we are not on the same page here. Midcoast auto is very straightforward honest automotive repair shop.
Friendly and honest mechanics. This shop did the job another shop told me they had already done but hadn't, then didn't charge me. They take the time to explain what is going on and what needs to he done. I will be a patron for my lifetime.
