Very pleasant staff and extremely professional
I drive a 2005 Buick LaCrosse. It’s definitely up there in age and it needed a lot of work done underneath the car, front and rear. I spent a lot of money but I got a lot of things replaced. Prices are the best I’ve found in the area. Guys are really nice and communicative. As a female, sometimes male mechanics can talk down to you and just not be super friendly. These guys never did that. They’re definitely my go to shop now.

Had a warranty made me pay $450 not a week later my check engine light came on couldn’t get me in for two weeks charge me another $450 first time had my car for two weeks I had to pay for my own rental because my insurance will only cover one week horrible service very rude people

May 24, 2023Your $450 deductible is through your extended warranty. Coolant leak with associated check engine light is not related to the current codes you now have. Your warranty company declined to cover your deductible the second time. This has nothing to do with Midcoast auto. You can call your contract provider to get them to waive the deduct if they decide to cover it. We charge what we are told to charge you by YOUR warranty company for your deduct. We do not dictate what we charge for a warranty deductible. Parts from Landrover/Jaguar can take more then a week to arrive if they are not instock. Rental cars are also dictated by your warranty company NOT by Midcoast Auto. Please reach out to me directly if needed, Jon.
Nice and clean, bathroom was clean, machanic was nice. Took long for a sensor but what do I know. It was probably in the motor under something under something.
Wouldn't go anywhere else. Trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend taking your car here!
