Tom was great. He really went above and beyond helping and making me feel comfortable getting my car serviced there. I will be going back for all my car needs. Another guy - didn't catch his name - blonde long hair- he was awesome when I picked my car up, too. Even helped me with numbering my future car repairs in the order of most important. Thanks guys! Highly recommend going here. They aren't out to get your money, they genuinely help you understand your car and what you need.

Came to an agreement with one of the employees for bringing in my car the next day and as I come in the next day this same employee has no idea whatsoever on what we talked about the day before so I had to remind him. And it took him a whole day to change 2 front tires. I was later told the car needed an alignment and I said yes to it but what I didn’t know is that I had to wait another day just to get it aligned. It should not take more than 2 hours to change some tires.

Luis and Mikey were sweet and welcoming each time. Luis squeezed my car in the next day and even got me in and out in less than an hour! I'll definitely be back.

Very Rude and Unprofessional. I called to ask about a serpentine belt replacement and all I got was an attitude from they guy on the phone saying he was too busy with 3 people and that I will just have to wait. Then I schedule an appointment online to make it easier for the guy and it clearly stated that the time slot was open, he called me a few minutes later with a bad tone on his voice. I’ll appreciate if you guys kept track of online appointments and time slots. Unbelievable.

Had an alignment done. They were super accommodating for time done. Great job and very helpful suggestions. I will definitely use them for other car maintenance. If you are going to spend the money on your car you might as well go to a friendly, knowledgeable shop.

Went to Firestone after making an appointment at another place that did zero of the things that I had made an appointment for. Called Firestone and they were able to get me in the same day. After diagnosing my vehicle Tom and his crew did everything in their power to fix my vehicle quickly but for a fair price. My car needed quite a few things done and Tom was in constant communication and worked tirelessly to give me the best deal he can. Picked up my car up the next day and it runs better then when I bought it. Thank you thank you Tom and all the guys at Firestone for treating a lady with zero knowledge of cars as an equal and making this whole process easy and stress free. I will forever be a repeat customer!

Tom was very helpful with setting me up with the services I needed. He was also patient and understanding while I tried to describe the noise coming from the front end of my truck, lol. Overall very good customer service!
