Couldn't comment thru my receipt. I trust this place. They have always be efficient with got me back on the road in a orderly fashion. Thanks for the great work and great communication. I've been going to Firestone for the past 20 or so years and Tom Traxel has NEVER steered me wrong. I trust him very much.
Always a great crew at this location. Very quick service with open communication. Almost stopped going to Firestone altogether until I tried this location! Now I’m a Firestone cardholder 😅

Came in because a friend referred me. It was the best decision I made. Met a guy name Tom, that knew the my problem right away. Ordered my part, called me back in and finished the job. Surprisingly, It wasn't pricey. Im just going to say, ask for Tom. Pretty cool dude, knows his stuff, and really can multi-task..
We have been going to this location for tires and service for about 20 years. Tom and his staff always are helpful and make us feel like we are getting great service without getting price gouged.
Love Firestone I have found honesty here which goes a long way . When I wanted things done they reminded me I didn’t need it .friendly, efficient ,repairs in a timely manor although parking is frustrating there is a shortage of that ! Lol
customer service excellent! didn’t pressure me on any decisions, let me know what was wrong with my car, and my bumper was hanging off they even put tape on it (quick temporary fix) without me asking!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure I understood my car's issues as well as what it would take to fix them. Tom, the manager, was especially kind and considerate in the care of my car and provided superb customer service.
