This firestone has always done what we have asked, finished in a timely manner and have always helped out with warranty issues. There is a reason why the parking lot is always full; they are just that busy. :)

The 27th street FIrestone location in Milwaukee has always been top notch- they work hard to update you during the time they have your car. They call and get parts in immediately whenever available. Friendly staff and always helpful.

I like having the tire warranty here so I can come in. This particular location has good customer service and knowledgeable technicians. They are definitely overrun, though... I wish they wouldn't overbook themselves... I came in for a screw in my tire.. they took an entire hour to even take the wheel off.. still here waiting, it's been 2 hours already for one tire.. this wait is absolutely ridiculous.. they should really hire more people or work on not overlooking like this.... they will of course try to oversell to you also... so be prepared for a long wait (drop your vehicle off if you can) and them trying to give you a whole new set of tires or brake pads..
The Firestone team always completes any of my car’s needed repairs in a timely fashion and are great at communicating any issue and costs before servicing. Their customer service is always on point! They have always been reliable with all of my repairs and I’ve never had to go more than once for the same issue. Can get pricey but it’s worth the reliability!
I love it here. The Manger Tom is very nice and very helpful.
Ask for Tom. He took great of me and chevy in a timely manner and kept me in the loop as to what was going on.
Need a repair last minute? While still feeling like a prioritized customer on a day that is absolutely chaotic? Call Joe, he'll make you feel like family and turn a large shop into what feels like a neighborhood mom and pop shop in matter of seconds. Won't be sending my friends anywhere else.

Tom Traxel went above and beyond to get me in QUICKLY (same day immediately) and replaced the battery (which he had to get) in my wife's car! She is happy, as am I. Highly recommended!
Tom the manager was so very helpful and awesome to deal with. He & I communicated often regarding my vehicle. Tom is a rockstar as well as his staff.
My family and I are in town for a funeral and my cousin realized he had a slow leak which after leaving the cemetery turned into a flat tire. I called this auto shop asking them to purchase a new tire. The agent asked for the make and model of my car. I proceeded to tell him the make and model of the car and shared what I wanted. He told me he can’t sell me one tire and that I’d need to purchase all four tires to have them put on their vehicle. I asked him again to be sure I heard correctly and he said no, he can’t sell me 1 tire and install it, I’d have to purchase 4 tires. My cousin walks in the shop (because we had just pulled up outside) and they sold him the tire and the only reason they didn’t put it on was because there was a 2-hr wait and we didn’t have that kind of time (we were late for the repast). It’s quite disheartening and frankly frustrating that because I am woman he was going to try to get over on me by making me purchase 4 tires. My cousin (a man) walked right in referenced the exact same car and didn’t have any issues. I will never patronize Firestone again because of blatant gender discrimination. This is why women complain about auto shops so much. The representative did not give me his name over the phone but I should have asked. I was just so appalled at how poorly they handled this. It’s 2023, please do better.
