Mr. Cicero is among the most helpful and knowledgeable Service managers ever!!! Zee and staff are as well. HOWEVER, I am FRUSTRATED, CONFUSED and ANNOYED that my 2020 Corolla has no practical means of SPEAKING DIRECTIONS . Scout app is apparently defunct!! If using ENTUNE, I must purchase yet ANOTHER cord and disconnect Bluetooth!! HOW WILL I HAVE emergency PHONE ACCESS ?!? HELP.....HELP.....HELP....PLEASE!!!!! RIDUCULO8S and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!
