Compared to most car repair locations, this one is quite clean. The employees are also very respectful, even to young women for the most part (if you're a woman, you know what I mean when I say that). Overall, I am satisfied with the service performed here. The cost is very fair- I liked their estimates the best. I would recommend this location to others.

Screw in tire. Needed a patch. Got me in same day, in and out one hour, less than 50 bucks.

What can you say, fair and honest. Explain everything thoroughly. Upfront pricing and no hidden add-on. Plus, they do quality repairs and troubleshooting. In the middle of the road fees and charges. It's not cheap, but not overpriced or gouging. Better than most shops.

While traveling (SC to WI), experienced loss of air pressure in front left tire and took to Mathews Tire. Found that I had a nail through the sidewall which precluded repair. As such had to replace all four tires due to Subaru requirements; after finding the right tires, Matthew's mounted, balanced, and installed per specification...and very quickly, I might add. 1k miles later, still running like new...appreciate the service and would highly recommend for future tire services.

Always a pleasure to visit Matthews! They were friendly and quick. They were able to give me an appointment when I needed it when I called a week ahead of time. I arrived right on time and they took care of my needs within 45 min! (Oil change and tire rotation)

I stopped in due to a message of tire monitor system on my vehicle. They took it right in to test it and changed out a sensor right away. I was only there thirty minutes!

I like Mathew's because the person on the phone is knowledgeable and listens to what my vehicle needs. They give me an estimate right over the phone when I know what the problem or symptom is, without them having to look at it first and charge more money like some shops do. I also appreciate the quick turnaround of my vehicles. Who can wait a week or two to have their vehicle repaired? The prices are a little high, but I know it will get fixed right.
