I like Mathew's because the person on the phone is knowledgeable and listens to what my vehicle needs. They give me an estimate right over the phone when I know what the problem or symptom is, without them having to look at it first and charge more money like some shops do. I also appreciate the quick turnaround of my vehicles. Who can wait a week or two to have their vehicle repaired? The prices are a little high, but I know it will get fixed right.

Amazing customer service. Extremely fast. Called at 1045 to see if they could look at a flat. Dropped the tire off at 11, it was done 15 minutes later! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.

They got me in right away to fix my suspension that was hanging on by a prayer. They identified a structural safety concern and rectified that. The Jeep rides like new and actually stays pointed down the road true because of the work they did.

Only place we'll go. They can always fit us in quickly and are always very helpful!

I had a very good experience getting a new set of tires for my truck. Patrick Smith was very knowledgeable recommending tires that met my wants and presented options allowing me to choose. He even cleared off the snow on the windshield of my loaner car during the only blizzard we had this winter season. Very happy with the tires, along with the service received!

Oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my car in the morning, took their loner car so I could get to work, and then picked my car up on the way home. Great experience and nice people, so I enjoy coming back 🙂
