My 2016 ford Work Van had a noise so I climbed under it to look and noticed my front passenger tire was bald and choppy on the inside. They did new tires and alignment the same day. I’m back on the road for a safe work day tomorrow. I am so glad I caught it when I did. Thanks Patrick

I brought a vehicle in for terrible grinding coming from the front brakes that was to the point I was nervous to drive it. I was told the technician took it out for a drive and couldn’t hear anything. I told them I was going to pick up the vehicle and I didn’t want them to do anything else with it. They wanted to charge me for checking for this grinding sounds when the technician definitely did not drive it. There is no missing this grinding sound. When I picked up the vehicle I was told not to come back and they didn’t need my business because I complained. I was Matthews tire customer for over a decade for everything for my vehicles. I complained once when the technician obviously didn’t do the job they wanted to charge me for and was treated like I was the problem.

Matthews Tire East provided excellent and fast service when my SUV Car Battery died at the movie theater. I conveniently walked over to Matthews Tire and Elise helped me by trying to jump my battery. The car was not cooperative and they had to get a more powerful jump battery to get it going. After 6 years with my battery, it was time for a new battery at which Matthews Tire quickly got me up and running again. Thank You Matthews Tire!

I always feel heard and my questions are always met with knowledgeable, factual answers. I would highly highly highly recommend purchasing a high mileage tires from this place… They really take care of you and then some , which is very refreshing .

Called ahead and still had to wait over an hour to find out what needed to be done with my vehicle, and ended up getting an outrageously high estimate. They asked when I could bring it back because they needed to order parts, but ended up giving me a loaner car so they could start in the morning. After getting home I promptly made calls to other mechanics to get other estimates for the same work and quickly found someone who was offering the same work for $400 cheaper. I called Matthews just over an hour after to tell them I was going somewhere cheaper and they told me they already started on my car (that they said they'd start the next morning) and charged me $120 because they started before they said they were going to. Props for being easy-going with the loaner, but I will never be going here again.

I went to Matthews tire for an alignment check and they were all very kind and helpful. They did tell me that I needed new tires and they were actually the cheapest around, they even have a 3 year nationwide warranty which is really awesome.

Matthews Tire is close to me an I wanted to give them a try. I scheduled an oil change an tire rotation, my usual routine. I feel they did a wonderful job an very reasonable. I'm on a fixed income an they fit me perfect. Thank you Matthew Tire I will be back.

I had a bolt in my tire and this was very close. From the time I pulled in until I left was about one hour. The staff was very courteous and was able to keep things moving at a good pace. The price for the repair was fair. I know they have several locations and have never had a problem at any of them.

They were really accommodating on the scheduling end and allowed me to use a courtesy vehicle for the day my vehicle was being serviced. They kept in touch via text and call to let me know the status and condition report throughout the day. Professional, kind, and courteous. Will definitely return.

I highly recommend going to Mathews Tire! They do good work, go out of their way to make sure you understand everything they are working on concerning your vehicle. They let you know if there is something else that will need to be address down the road and will make an estimate for you. They also offer loaner cars if your vehicle repair takes a couple of days.
