My car had its battery die in the recent subzero weather. Matthews arranged for my car to be towed in and quickly got me back on the road. I’ve trusted them with my cars for 12 years and don’t plan to go anywhere else.

Matthew's Tire is not only the cheapest option for my vehicle's oil changes, they are also people I trust to tell me when there's a real issue and they help me follow the recommendations of my car's manufacturer. For example, last time I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, they let me know that my tires aren't a concern yet, but they're getting close and got me some prices to look at and start to prepare for. They also let me know it was time for my coolant flush and asked if I wanted to handle that right now or wait. (Melissa is my favorite person there, but the other employees are people I trust as well)

The thing that impressed me was the speed of their responses. I emailed them like at 2;00 on a Wednesday and got a response back within like an hour. I answered their response with the answers and for a quote again within an hour. I called them at 5:00 and asked when we can get these new tires on. Now, this is about an hour before they closed. She said the next day!! I jumped on that! Since it's near the gym I go to, I left it there at 8:00 and a gym friend picked up while it was being worked on. Told them I'd pick it up at noon...no problem . For a text at about 10:45 saying it was done. Super fast and the tires are great

This particular matthews does a very good job at repairs. Although the reason why I gave it a four star is because they don't tend to get back to you about parts that you've ordered.

Recently bought new tires from Matthews Tires. Process was quick and easy, I dropped my car off for my appointment which took no more than a couple of minutes if that, then when it was ready received a call, and I picked up my car, did some paperwork and was out the door in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend Matthews Tires.

I've done business here before, but this time around Patrick and Melissa were very helpful and made my tire buying experience seamless and fun! Patrick is one of those down to earth employees who still care to take the time and help out customers the old fashioned way. They will always get my business!!

My battery was dead. I had no appointment but they were able to replace it quickly and I even made it to work on time. Matthews Tires is an excellent place for service. The people are super friendly and very helpful.
