Have been going here for years and unfortunately our last experience was awful. Tried contacting customer service to share before posting this but unfortunately they are not really interested in following up on the service experience and didn’t contact me. I will say there was one individual who tried to make things right and for that I thank him. The rest of the experience was awful..they stripped the bolts on my skid plate and tried to tell me I had to leave with it in the back of my vehicle and go purchase new bolts. They were rude about it and the kid acting as manager was condescending and rude. They have lost our business permanently.

I went later in the day on a Saturday and was told I would have to wait over and hour. It was nice of them to let me know how long the wait would be, and they even gave me water. I came back on the following week and had to wait about 30 mins. The oil change took an additional 30 mins. It was weird that I had to wait so long given how quickly they rushed me through everything. They were talking so fast I had to ask them to repeat themselves several times. They claimed to have filled my wiper fluid, they didn’t. In fact, they left the fluid cap open. I had to ask them to show me the oil level. That elicited an eye roll. The person helping me seemed more concerned with helping someone who walked into the front area. That person was helped quickly and able to bring their car into the bay immediately. Two stars for an expensive oil change and poor customer service. Having to wait isn’t a big deal, paying a lot for an oil change isn’t the end of the world; however, to do that and then have it done poorly is another thing. Clearly, you aren’t that busy if you can have someone pull into the bay immediately. Clearly you could have slowed down and done your job properly. Pretty sure the receipt you handed me and said “this is a record of everything we touched” is inaccurate.

In my opinion, the employees at both locations (Sun Prairie, WI & Blaine, MN) that I’ve utilized and my experiences at both locations has been absolutely top-notch!! Professional, polite, friendly and prompt. And, they offer a 25% discount to military personnel (active or veteran). For this US Army Veteran I would and will highly recommend Take 5 and the experience they provide to anyone in need of such services!!

I went to get my oil changed here this evening, and was thoroughly disappointed. Everyone working was very friendly, in fact, so friendly, that they decided to add a bunch of unnecessary filters and fluids and charges because they thought I wouldn’t notice. I may be a female, and I may not be that well-versed in vehicles, but I know in oil change is not supposed to cost $180 for my little nissan versa note . As soon as I told them that I was going to have a male relative drive down to verify all the additives they so kindly charged me for, they immediately removed the charges and said it was an error (making my total still over $100 for an oil change). ladies, you can get an oil change at Woodmans for $40. And you won’t be bothered to change every filter and gasket on your vehicle nor your windshield wipers because they’re not trying to upsell you or trick you. They’re just happy that you’re a repeat customer. Places like this just want a quick buck and for that reason, I will not be coming back. thank you for your predatory behavior and reminding me that Woodmans is the one and only place to get an oil change in Sun Prairie!

I love how friendly the staff is. I’ve always felt welcome. I do want to give a special shout-out to Brianna. My daughter was sooooo excited to see that there wasn’t just men doing the job! I love my daughters being able to see that there are jobs that we are also able to do! So thank you Brianna cause even though you may not know you doing what you do opens the eyes for little girls to also choose their path in life without sticking to gender roles!

Excellent service! It was the fastest oil change I ever had. The guys were polite and nice. Gave me the best treatment and proper knowledge of my car. I recommend them to everyone.

The staff here was super friendly and the service was very fast. I am only giving 2 stars because it was SO EXPENSIVE. Not sure if they upsold me or if the cost of motor oil really is that high like the guy said but a simple oil change was $90!!! That is more than double what I usually pay. Next time I will definitely shop around, I will not be going back here.

I have been getting my oil changed at this location for the past five years. I recently moved to the west side of Madison and I still drive out to Sun Prairie to this location to get my oil changed. The service is always top-notch and customer service is amazing! I appreciate receiving the coupons in my email. Either way the pricing is fair.
