Had so much fun with my 1st car that I brought my 2nd vehicle in a week later. Great personalities and are honest. You don't get that everywhere.

They all were on some sort of drug, even forgot to give me the sticker, during my oil change I had to help her remember it’s called an oil filter. Never will I let this place touch my car again, should have been smart like the people next to me and said no and left.

The shop was clean and organized. The staff very professional, work efficiently, and answered and question I had. A friend recommended them highly and I will recommend them to my friends. I would give this McCoy Street location a 10 out of 10.

I've been coming here for a few years, even when it was Super Lube. I've always had a good experience here, with friendly staff and am in and out pretty quickly. A little disappointed that they no longer do light replacement (When it was Super Lube they offered that service back in the day) but otherwise no complaints.

Attendant did not ask for payment. I waited outside the exit door waiting to make payment. Another attendant came to my car and asked why I was still there? I told her I was waiting to pay for my services. Original attendant came over and told me the cost. I told him I had a $20.00 coupon. He said he already scanned the coupon, which was a lie because I had never presented the coupon. I was charged full price for the basic oil change. I have been visiting this specific service for several years. I will not return.

For a first time customer I loved it the guy that helped me was super helpful and sweet very nice didn’t try to cheat me out of my money and I wish I had more money to have given him a tip Thank you so much you don’t find people as nice as he was anymore I wish I could of remember his name I had the Saturn with my kids in the back thank you thank you olga

I have used Take 5 for a few years now. AJ was always there and extremely helpful in answering my questions regarding oil usage due to towing a boat. I have been really impressed with the service until this last time. An all new crew, and the man that greeted me and shouted out the oil that was to be used talked so fast and not clear, that the man getting the oil to put in got the wrong kind and didn’t realize it until after he had put some in my truck. I asked the greeter if the wrong oil had been put in, and he said “No, he just didn’t get enough”. This was an outright lie to my face as I watched the man go to the dispensers and get oil out of a different tank. I didn’t say anything because honestly I didn’t want to make anyone mad and have them do something to my truck that I couldn’t see. I asked the manager, can’t recall her name , where AJ was and she said he is at another store. Maybe I will drive the extra miles to feel comfortable and confident that my truck is being serviced properly by AJ again

I have always enjoyed using Take 5 Oil change. I recently relocated to Wisconsin and was glad to find one in Madison. The staff were great and they helped me out a lot. I’m going to make them my new place to visit for all of my oil change needs. 😊

Very friendly, professional staff. I found them to be thorough until I left. My receipt indicated they checked all tires for air pressure and they were at 38. Upon driving away I found my left rear was at 30 and none more than 35. I didn’t have any time to return so to work. Other than that they would have rec’d a 5 star rating.
