Take 5 did an awesome job. Jackson and his team mates were awesome. The guy that changed the oil gave awesome customer service as well giving me a bottle of water upon my arrival to have while I wait on them to complete my oil change. They were so professional and honest with me when trying to up sell products and make great suggestions. Because of those things I even purchased new wipers that worked great and makes my car look even better. Thank you Jackson , the guy that gave me the water, and to the rest of the team that assisted them with the oil change. I’ll be back for my next oil change needs.

Take 5 in Sun Prairie always goes above and beyond with their service. I have never had an issue. Mickey was my service writer last week and he was very nice and helpful!

The staff was awsome. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. They explained everything they did and were up-front about their prices. It was a very hot day and the met me with a cold bottle of water.

Perfect as always. Professional, courtesy, love the free water and there always seem to be looking out for you. Polite without the scamming. Best services around. I drive 45 mins just to get my oil change there.

This is my go to place. Easy to do. Workers r very polite. Fast and simple and when I leave I feel good that all of the main things have been checked. Never have to worry im going to be pressured as a woman to buy options I don't need which is so common other places.

I always have a fantastic time whenever i come here. The staff are knowledgeable and kind, humorous and personable, and always keep me honestly informed and up to date. Bill knows me by name whenever I stop by and absolutely makes me feel welcome and want to return. This is the only place I have taken my car in the 2+ years of owning it and I won’t take it anywhere else!

I bought a car I found on Craigslist last week, Friday. Of course the seller told me the maintenance had been done on a regular basis. I was a little suspicious because I couldn't find an oil change sticker. So it was a hot weekend and luckily, despite it being an older model, the AC worked wonderfully. On Sunday I happened to be in Sun Prairie and pulled into take 5 and was greeted by the manager on duty. I'm not going to take a shot at his name because , it's slipped my mind. He and the other two staff members whom I interacted with were Pleasant, Professional, Informative, And beyond helpful. Not 2 seconds after they were into my oil change, they told me to turn my AC off. Apparently a mouse had lived its life in the duct system. Without being graphic, I'll just say there was a lot of biomaterial in there that would have gotten me very sick. Me being an asthmatic and immune compromised, I hate to even imagine. It was not part of their job to deal with bio hazardous remnants of mouse life, including mouse itself. I would have given them 5 stars just for the service, but since they're not necessarily right down the road from me and there are options every couple of blocks in Madison, I may not have returned unless it was convenient. However, in addition to the review, If I need a service they provide I will bring my car here for as long as I live around here.

Quick and good, but a bit pricey. Starts at $80. You are paying to be in and out in less than 45 minutes. No appointment needed; in fact they don't take appointments. They do first come, first serve. But if you call them and you are a new customer, they will text you a $25 coupon. You don't even get out of your car. They even gave me a free cold bottle of water. And they did a great job with my car.

They are literally upselling people that don't know any better! Overpricing everything! My vehicle takes conventional and they put synthetic in and told me my motor will blow up having conventional. I will never come back to this place. They should be shut down!

The worst services. Got an oil change for my car and they install in incorrectly causing a major drip. My car was running on on oil. The panel under was install incorrect with out any of the screw. Missing all my screw. Ask for a refund due to poor services they refused. Will never go there again. They going to blame you, knowing very well it their fault.
