Nicole, Alex and Victor were so helpful! We called our roadside assistance to come help. They never came through! Called them so many times and it led us to automated messages only. Decided to look for our own tow. Found Sun City and they gave us an Exact time they will be there by and there were! Thank you Sun City for helping us out!!

No, I agreed with the installation of my Intoxicated says one thing and then they come out with another The lights on my dashboard don't work The rubber of the lock key lying on the floor. They said that the problem is that I left the vehicle without battery and it is not true that I took the vehicle to them before that happened and they said that they do not know anything. They need to improve everything and be more professional if you are approved by the state.

Dec 23, 2023hello Jose Unfortunately like we explained to you , the shop has no control on how the Breathalyzer works, we are just the installation facility and any concerns on how the unit works should be taken directly to Intoxalock. I understand nobody wants to be driving with an Intoxalock but you shouldn’t be drinking and driving. That is a state law
