I needed an oil change quickly because I was way past due. I usually go to the V word on the West side, but I have to wait in line for a while and the oil change can take up to 35 minutes. The service I had today was impeccable. I was given a water immediately when approaching, I mentioned I had a part of my vehicle underside hanging from snow damage and they clipped the part dragging on the road for me with my consent. The oil change and service took maybe 10 minutes at the most and both gentlemen know how to provide great service. Both gentlemen were friendly and seemed to communicate with each other extremely well. I’ll be coming here since it’s on my commute going forward!

Charged 91.00 for oil change....not synthetic. 2010 Acura. I told them I wanted cheapest oil. I was robbed. I know people who go there. I will tell EVERYONE to steer clear of this establishment.

These guys hustle and have you in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. You never have to leave the comfort of your car or truck while they service it. Quality synthetics for newer rides, and they have the budget plan for folks like me driving on a quarter million miles on my old car! She keeps on running, though. Take 5 takes care of all my fluids in-between changes, too. Just stop in and they will top you off no charge. It's a great deal.

It changed a lot. They wanted me to pay before the service was finished, they didn't do everything they normally do like even checking the lights, there was hard pressure sales, and I did not get my veterans discount that I used to automatically get because of the key tag. They said I would have a survey to fill out and it never showed up, but this is pretty much what I would have said on it...

Wow, such a friendly staff with great team work. So fast efficient and great communication. Explained the products and only recommended what I needed. The manager on duty was very kind and welcoming at the end. Overall best experience with an oil change I've had.

I showed up 90 minutes before closing on a Saturday and was informed that there weren't enough people to service my car and "if you show up at 9am tomorrow, dependable people will be there to service you". It's 9:20am the following day and nobody is here working. Unless you see a line of cars waiting to be serviced, it's probably safe to assume you can go somewhere else.

E for effort? I called in advance to confirm they had a filter for the car; affirmative. When I arrived, everyone seemed to be in a panick, as they had a new computer system and it wasn't functioning. Or at least they didn't know how to use it. I'll spare you the play by play but suffice it to say, it was hardly a 5 Minute oil change. I would have gladly settled for an hour. No filter... AFTER they drained my oil. Then 2 minute before they returned with the correct filter, they find one in stock. I get two miles down the road and tire pressure was off by 9 pounds in one tire. I didn't bother returning to them to check it, as it would have shot what was left of my day. Honestly, I'm almost afraid to drive the car because I smell burning oil and who knows what they may have done to it.
