No I did not want put a star, because the Sales team are rude and don't what to negotiate on price and they wonder why their vehicles are on the lot longer than normal (169 DAYS). You will not get any of my business ever and I will advocate to everyone I know that your company is over priced and rude to people. "PER THEIR RESPONSE" I did not put down their salesman Sam, he was the rude one and I do my research and I asked him if there was any wiggle room and showed him the paper and that is when he ask me to leave and I did. I never disrespected the salesman, he was the one that did not want to negotiate with a customer when they are proven to be alot more over the fair market!

Mar 24, 2024At Satori's Auto we believe everyone should be treated fairly and with respect. We are honest and upfront with our pricing on all the vehicles we sell, which is why we do not negotiate on pricing. The 2019 Ford Fusion Plug-In Hybrid you came in and looked at is currently listed $600 under market price based on Cargurus pricing which compares us to other dealers in the area. That does not include the extra $4000 federal EV rebate that comes off the price of the vehicle at the time of purchase. Bob was unhappy with the price of the vehicle after Sam informed him of our honest and upfront pricing, and that we do not negotiate on prices. He began personally putting down our salesperson Sam and our business. Because of this our salesperson Sam asked Bob to leave, as he felt he didn't deserve to continue to be personally talked down to. This comes back to that at Satori's Auto we believe everyone should be treated fairly and with respect.
Had a great experience working with Satori's Auto. Sam gave us a good trade value and price on our next vehicle. They have a trustworthy staff, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle or servicing.

Sells cars higher than average market value and can’t even provide a carfax?? Lowball trade offers, was offered 3k higher at 4 other places

Jul 24, 2023J M, I'm sorry we couldn't meet your expectations. All of our vehicles in our inventory are currently priced at or under JD power/NADA average market value for the Manitowoc area. Market pricing varies greatly by location. If you're not from Manitowoc its possible the markets where you live are lower priced than our area. If our trade-in valuation was lower than average market trade-in value, it would have been because we found something during the trade-in inspection of the vehicle that would have made it lower than the average, or the vehicle was never here for a trade-in inspection. Its impossible to give an accurate and true trade-in value without seeing the vehicle in person. We strive to be upfront and honest in our pricings on both our listings and trade-ins and back them up with the most up to date market data.

Didn't get my car fixed here, but had my hybrid system tested after the dreaded Prius triangle of doom. They squeezed me in last minute and had cold water and ac on a hot day, thanks guys.
