We had an appointment for 1 week to get new breaks. "Manager Nate decided to take the day off so we can only do the front breaks today." The back breaks are the bad breaks. " Sorry we can't help." For the record, the back breaks are metal on metal. That is how they want me to drive, with 3 little kids in the back of my suv. I was told that if I had my car there before 5pm, the night before, they would store my vehicle inside. I told the guy it would be just before 5pm because of our work schedule. I got there at 4:52 and was told they already locked up. When I pointed out to them that I told them it was going to be just before 5, she said "no on told us and it's already locked." I told her that was not my fault. Someone did unlock it and put it in, just terrible service! I got tires put on last week during their "sale." The black Friday tires costed over $200 more than before black friday! Absolutely HORRIBLE service! No consideration for anyone else or their time. They "inspected" my windshield wipers and said they worked "good," yet the drivers side needs to be replaced because there is a huge stream that doesn't get wiped away! I pointed that out and they just said they would charge to replace them. No thanks. I can get cheaper elsewhere and do it myself! The fact that they lied about doing this is INEXCUSABLE! DO NOT TRUST FLEET FARM WITH YOUR VEHICLES!

I give it no stars ,very upset my appoinmentality was for 10am stood in a line for 30 min got to counter women says sorry your late cant take you ,I had to reschedule
Dude told me 330 on the phone but put down 3 o'clock so I missed getting my oil changed
