Car needed more work after I picked it up.

I would like to respond specifically, though without a name, vehicle, or concern I will make a general statement. We believe taking care of the person is more important than taking orders and fixing a car. When we see a vehicle for the first time, we do a thorough inspection and give our clients an overall picture of the vehicle before we begin work. If we find something that is a safety or a reliability concern, we will talk to the customer first before doing work and charging money. Most people appreciate our thorough and honest approach, and a few don’t. I suspect this was the case and that is OK. Sincerely, Greg Satori

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE, OVERPRICED AND REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONIBILITY FOR THE RESULTING CONDITON OF THE CAR UNDER THIER CARE AND AFTER SERVICING IT. i brought the car in and LEFT WITH MORE PORBLEMS then i brought it in for. SAVE YOUR NERVES AND MONEY GO ELSE WHERE. -Took my car in for a full inspection 189 dollars, was told what was wrong and left. -I came back immediately because now my car is making a new noise it didint make before. They acknowledged the noise was new and took a look. -THEN AFTER LOOKING FOR 5 MINUTES THEY COME BACK and said they arent sure whay theres a new noise it may be the parking brake components (which they inspected and still didint kno) rattling around oh yeah AND LITERALLY TELL ME (with glee) THE AXELS ARE WORN AND THEY COULD FLY OFF ON A TURN. HOW DO YOU MISS THAT!?!? if i didint bring it back i wouldint have even known that. WENT FROM AXELS ARE LIKELY FINE to THEY CAN FLY OFF THE CAR??????? -not only that BUT Greg or w.e tells me that THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE NOISE ITS MAKING THAT DEVELOPED IN THEIR CARE. he literally said "we are not responsible" (the parking brake components) - i brought the car in WITHOUT that noise and left with the noise YOU ARE RESPONIBLE, greg tried to say oh it may have happened when you drove off the lot today. -ARE YOU KIDDING its a 2010 its not that old. he tried multiple excuses rather than taking responsibility AND missed a major mechanical issue on the full inspection that i WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN ABOUT IF I DIDINT COME BACK, potentially a life threatening mistake. Especially since i told him i wanted to know if there were safety risks. dont risk your life money or nerves on the casual carelessness you will encounter.

At Satori’s Auto Service we pride ourselves on providing honest and upfront work for the community. When we perform a Safety and Maintenance Inspection for a customer, we try our best to give an overall diagnosis of the vehicle. The goal of this is so the customer is informed of the overall condition of their vehicle, and any needed repairs. Both the axle, and noise from the parking brake were both concerns that we listed on the customer’s Safety Maintenance Inspection. We stated on the inspection: “Clatter noise heard from the right rear and suspect from loose parking brake components. The parking brake is inoperative; recommend inspecting and repairing. The rear axle is worn internally allowing the rear wheels to move more than normal. Recommend entire axle and case assembly replacement.” We are grateful for the reputation we have gained over the years in the community and look forward to continuing to provide quality Automotive Services to the public.

OVER rated. Too expensive for me. Same as a big dealership. Didn't ask for a used car inspection. Only asked to find the leaks.

They charge 4 times the price of the parts. $435 for a $100 wheel bearing. $785??? That is price gouging!!!

Based on our 25 years of being in business, we feel installing quality parts from a trusted vender is wiser in the long term than a cheap part with no warranty from an internet source. We at Satori’s Auto are about quality and standing by our repairs with a warranty.
