Had a great experience. I made my appointment online for a few days out and they were ready when I arrived. They figured out the problem and didn’t do more work than asked. They offered additional services but I declined since I can do those myself. I appreciate their availability and forthrightness.

I went to get my oil changed. They broke the oil cap and charged me $86 for a new one.. it's good that they were able to quickly get a replacement, but they claimed it broke because the previous mechanic did not screw it up properly, but I've had the same mechanic for years prior to moving here and that has never happen nor have I heard of it before.. I don't think I'll be coming back..

I used to go to the dealership for oil changes and such, but I'm 100% coming here in the future. They were so helpful, talked me through what I would need and what I didn't need, were very transparent about where my car was at during the process, and the price is very reasonable. On top of all of that, the service was quick. These are the people you should be going to for your car service work.

***MUST BEWARE*** The starter of my car broke down, and I went to this shop for repairs. In addition to the quotation being about twice the average price, there is also the following amazing story: When I paid at the front desk to pick up the car, the mechanic told me that the engine light came on after changing the starter. I replied that the engine light was not on when I dropped it and I paid a high inspection fee and you also told that only the starter was faulty. The technician said that the light turned on after the replacement, and ask us come back for inspection and maintenance next time when we have time. After I got the keys, I opened the hood of my car, checked carefully and found that the oxygen sensor in my car had been unplugged, and the wires of the oxygen sensor had dramatically detached from multiple cable clips and dropped in hard to reach places. I asked the mechanic for help immediately, and the technician looked at me in surprise and said: How do you know, do you want to come and work with us. I replied coldly, I am a mechanic too, and the technician installed the oxygen sensor cable that fell off for me. After installation, the engine runs fine. The problem is that the oxygen sensor is in a different position from the starter, and it is difficult to detach it so dramatically. I have checked the manual and online videos, and the oxygen sensor will not be touched when the starter is replaced too. I am responsible for my remarks, because I was accompanied by a third party at the time, I can only say that customers who come to this store should be careful

The team here was great! They got my car in quick and got right to work on it. They called to inform me of the estimate after inspection. After agreeing to the amount they we’re able to get the work done within 24hrs. I had called many auto shops to see how long it would take and the quickest place other than Meineke said they would have my car back to me in 7 or 8 days… I called Meineke and they said we can get it in right away and depending on how quick we can get the parts if needed, we can get it back to you tomorrow and worst case scenario the work may go into the next day. I was thrilled with how they stuck to that timeline and delivered! Everyone was very professional, friendly and understanding. Just overall excellent experience.
