They had an opening for a last-notice oil change. Insprcted my car and made appropriate suggestions. We talked about best timing and futures, as well as expected costs. Very helpful!

I brought my vehicle into this Meineke shop in Madison and wanted them to check out a noise that I thought was a muffler issue. Not only did they check out the vehicle, but also identified a potential prior service at the dealership that was not performed properly. They took a video of the improper install. So that I could take it back to the dealership for resolution. They did not charge me at all and they were very helpful and friendly. I would trust future repairs to them give them they’re very honest and thorough evaluation and diagnosis.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. It was very easy and convenient to book the appointment online for the next day. The price was reasonable and there was a $20 off sale. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 since the appointment took one hour instead of the 45 minutes that was estimated. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I brought my car in initially for an exhaust issue, but added on an oil change as well. The staff pointed out some issues with my tires and were able to also add two new tires on as well. They accomplished all of this in a very reasonable amount of time. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. I will recommend Meineke to everyone I know.

I don't know anything about cars, and the associates I worked with were extremely helpful and explained everything. My car is in great shape now! Also booking an appointment online was great! I will be back for future services.

I'd like to start this review of with clarifying I am not mad and I am writing this with a level head and I am a very understanding individual, I just wanted to communicate my thoughts and feelings and perhaps help others. I had been hearing a whining/whirling sound around 4-5 weeks ago with no way to pinpoint where it was coming from. Meineke tried driving the car two separate days but could not hear and or diagnose the issue. This was $160 for diagnosis. I completely understand time is money, but it hurts getting charged for a what feels like nothing. The sound I was hearing was not present for a couple days once I picked the car up, I will give them that, but I am curious if they just drove the car or if they hooked up an OBD and checked for codes as well, I have no way to confirm. At this point it is what it is. Today the sound turns into a vibration and it is definitely some kind of part failure within the drivetrain. Going against my better judgement I had the car towed to Meineke for $125. Meineke was transparent that there would immediately be a $160 charge for another diagnosis however I was falsely confident this time around the problem would be resolved. Within an hour of the car arriving I was called and informed they diagnosed it as a transmission issue and that they do not work on transmissions. I would've loved to know this before towing the car there but screw me for being naive and not figuring this out myself I suppose. My last phone call of the day included me discovering the keys were sitting in the car unlocked. As I was thinking in my head, trying to make a decision on whether to Uber to come get the keys or have them keep the keys inside for the weekend. I was told "I have 100 other things to do" and the conversation ended, which I completely understand but at the same time I just handed over more than $320 within a month just for diagnosis alone. All in all, I am $560 (2 tows, 2 diagnosis) in the hole for choosing Meineke. Moral of the story, Meineke does not do transmission work, hopefully you find that out before your $120 x 2 tow bill!

Got 4 new tires and an alignment. The staff was friendly and the service was done quickly. They kept up to date on how long it would be. Can't go wrong with fast friendly service

Took my car in for an inspection and was quoted 2k to get a power steering leak fixed. Paid and everything was fine for about a month before I had to take it in to a different mechanic. Lo and behold the exact same issue as before, but with a lower quote and a promise that if the problem popped up again, they'd fix it free of charge. Fine place to get your oil changed, don't get your car repaired there.
