Alan Zinda made my first experience with Lexus memorable. One of my main concerns was finding a vehicle that I could sit comfortably in, without hitting my head on the ceiling, as I am 6’3”. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. One thing I really liked about him is that he gave unbiased advice about each model in terms of common concerns or complaints that customers had. I ended up going with the Lexus TX 500h F Sport which went above my expectations in a vehicle.
