Isaac was my salesman and was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. When I arrived to pick up my new car I was met with roses making the event very special. Highly recommended this dealership everyone interacted with was professional knowledgeable.

Bought a 2923 CPO Lexus ES 350 from Lexus of Brookfield,thing is, I live in Virginia. First time buying a car online. They are a wonderful dealership with a great sales staff. First contact was with Branden Morris. He connected me with Alan Zinda the internet Sales Manager. Could not have asked for a better person to deal with!! He made the whole process of buying a car online seamless. He went out of his way to make sure all my questions were answered and helped walk me thru the purchase. Helped me set up transport of the car to Virginia. Even answering calls on his off days. Also there was Vanessa in finance, she handled all the paperwork for the purchase and got it out to me in a timely fashion. All in all I;m am totally satisfied with this dealership and all the people I dealt with.

Came in here twice recently to shop for two cars on separate occasions. While I like Lexus cars, both times our salesperson went missing multiple times and left us in the lobby waiting. Both times we went to different dealerships and bought vehicles that weren’t Lexus’s. Now it’s time for me to shop for a car for myself and I want a Lexus but I won’t buy one from here.

I had a great experience at Lexus of Brookfield. Parker Voller was awesome to work with. He is friendly and helpful. He walked me through the features on number of different cars, helped me decide between several models, let me test drive several cars and he stayed late along with the financing guy (thank you!) while we got the paperwork finished up for the purchase. Parker messaged me several times while I was deciding, to check in with me and followed up afterward. The sales manager Aleksey Bolotin was also great...very helpful and attentive. And Ryan who showed me all the tech features of the car was very helpful too! Thanks Lexus of Brookfield for a great car buying experience!
