Paid close to $1000 for an exotic tow on 2017 Audi.. on top of that the driver was less than two miles away and stated my charge was based around clean up and extensive tow hook ups. I asked for a price lay out and they handled me around person to person. They did take my vehicle to the location I asked. But if you’re not smart and extra careful and watch your personal belongings you may have things taken. Like game tickets that serve as birthday gifts for your father. Paid them $800+ in not fair fees and also by personal belongings . I’m sure they’re all great stellar people, and no one will have any idea what this is all about and be sorry for the inconvenience but won’t be able to provide a proper explanation .

Aug 24, 2023Unfortunately all we can do is publicly respond to your false accusations and state the facts as we know it from our perspective. We are beyond confused by this review for many reasons. We did give you all the explanations for our fees, you explained in a text that that you understood and were no longer upset after we towed your car to our shop, evaluated it, and asked us to tow your vehicle to Milwaukee. The total was $823.36. And you are correct, we have no idea what you are talking about regarding any tickets. Your allegations are false and we hope that the other reviews that our clients have given will make that clear.
