A friendly employee arrived at my home w/in a half-hour and jumped the battery. I drove to the service center, left the car, and before the end of the day, the car was ready with a new battery and a complete trouble-shooting inspection. The whole team was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to seek service from them!

Everyone at Topel's is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They were willing to tow my vehicle to the dealership in Madison on a busy day after a big snowstorm, but when I learned that they have a full service repair shop in Lake Mills, I decided to send it to them instead; I am certain that they repaired my vehicle much quicker than the Audi dealership would have. Ellen worked tirelessly with my insurance and communicated with me on a daily basis via phone calls and texts. As soon as the insurance approval came through, they completed the repair on my vehicle immediately. They even dropped a loaner vehicle off in my driveway for me. They exceeded every expectation I had, and I cannot think of a single thing they could have done differently or better. When I picked up my vehicle, there were cookies on the front seat!
