They were able to get 4 new tires very quickly and install them after I found a screw in the sidewall of one of the tires. Very good service and they respond very quickly. Cookies are a nice touch left in the car after service.

I have lived in Lake Mills for 9 years but had never had my car serviced by Topels before. From start to finish I was tremendously impressed with every interaction I had. I appreciated talking with someone about my concerns and then getting an estimate to review in advance (instead of hurriedly signing paperwork in the shop that I can't look over). I dropped my car off the night before and they had it done before my scheduled appointment time the next day. I was able to review all that was done to my vehicle, both my expected service and the multiple inspections, complete with photos as needed, through a link. What a great concept! Instead of my trying to scribble down recommendations that I don't understand and then talk with my spouse about it, I could just forward him a really clear summary, with costs for all recommended work. The employees I worked with were more than courteous and walked me through the process, being available for any questions. I picked up my car (which also had been washed!) and it had a little token of appreciation on the inside. Will definitely return--there aren't enough places who have impressed me this much with their customer service. KUDOS on a job super well done!!

Very professional outfit. While there was some of the usual upselling that you usually get at auto repair, I appreciated the transparency about prices and overall professionalism. The prices are fair and reasonable especially compared to dealerships. I will make them my go to repair shop. Well worth the drive from Madison.

Topel’s is the first auto repair facility that, as a woman, by repairs my car needs. I no longer have anxiety regarding taking my car in for repairs, only to be told that I need to do 18 unnecessary repairs. It really is a relief to be able to trust Topel’s staff and also trust that their mechanics will do the repairs correctly and That I won’t be returning in a few weeks for the same issue. I also love that the Owner, Tara, promotes breast cancer awareness through the month of October by participating in Brakes for Breasts. Love these guys!
