Best mechanic for Audi around, great service, fair, honest and over the top helpful! I wouldn't go anywhere else, and they are very busy but with the wait!

Got an oil change on my 06 v10 Touareg and it was a great price for it. The guy who helped me was very nice. I had asked to have him drain out the ac drains mid appointment and he did it for no charge. Definitely will be back!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! I'm currently working with another mechanic shop, because of location, on a coolant/heating issue and they have no idea what's going on. I called Steve and he advised me over the phone on a few things and it has saved me a bunch of money. This other shop honestly has no idea what they're doing with my VW Touareg. I'm so glad Rivercity Autowerks is around! I've truly found a mechanic I'll stick with for a lifetime! If at all possible, take your Audi/VW to Rivercity Autowerks! I'm serous!

I've been going here for around the past 2 years, and over the ownership of 2 separate cars, the service they provide here is absolutely amazing! Steve is a very honest person and will give you his truthful opinion on what's wrong, or, what you should do as your next steps when it comes to auto repairs! Mechanics are absolutely amazing!! The work they do is extremely amazing in quality, while still being low in cost!! The also work blazingly fast, I truthfully don't think I've had any of my cars in here for more than 3 days. Best Audi Specialist in the area. Reasonable prices and let you bring your own parts. Gave up on the dealerships, they've been charging top labor prices, which I could deal with, but then they're also tripling the price of parts and won't let you bring your own.
