I have been bringing my cars to Steve and his team for almost 7 years now, and will not bring my cars anywhere else. The entire team is trustworthy, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable on VW/Audi. Been coming to Steve for 2 years now. He serviced my 2018 A3 in that time frame. Did all my services and oil changes and my brakes. Only issue I ever had was a water pump, he replaced it, after a few months the same issue and he replaced it free of charge under their warranty policy. I urge any VW/Audi owner who's warranty is done to please support Steve and his crew they are honest, respectable, and deeply care about making your car last as long as possible. Their pricing is more than fair and Steve does a very good job at explaining what is wrong with your car and what work was done. Currently have a used Jetta that im bringing in next week for some routine servuce and there is no group I trust more!

Fantastic experience again at RCA! Spoke to Steve over the phone describing the problem, fortunately it was something he was able to diagnose on the phone. He found the part and ordered it, installed it shortly after and was under his estimate which was $100(s)below dealership.

Steve is the definition of a great mechanic. I had a clogged heater core and more and he didn't try to talk me up on extra repairs but rather suggested how I could save money. That's all I want in a mechanic - pure honesty and good work (the heat is perfect now).
