Very professional shop, had my timing chain done for a VW Jetta GLI at a very good price! I’ll definitely come back here again for any maintenance or future problems, and will definitely recommend to all my friends as well.

Based on the attitude, this guy seems like he doesn't want any new business. If you want to be rude to new customers then maybe you need a break or to hire someone to answer the phones who isn't going to be rude.

Best place I have ever taken my car! Steve does a great job explaining any issues you have clearly so you know exactly what is going on! I always feel comfortable bringing my car here and know it will be taken care of! Steve is reliable, honest, and full of integrity! I definitely recommend!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years and will never go anyplace else. The owner, Steve, is one of the best people around and will always keep it real with his customers. Honesty and integrity are at the heart of his business. When appointments are made, they are very good at keeping the timing to where they initially quoted it, unless something comes up, at which point the communication is clear as to what is going on. Proper expectations are always set in regards to the timing and pricing, which is always fair and reasonable. Matt, one of the great mechanics working here, is somebody else I have great respect for. He is proficient and efficient! I never hesitate to recommend Rivercity Autowerks to anyone I know that drives a German-made vehicle. Keep up the great work, Steve!
