I brought my Subaru to a Subaru dealer just to be looked over since I bought it used. They tried to tell me that I needed a new transmission and that was gonna cost me $5200. I brought it over to Soobie’s cause I thought that was just ridiculous and they said absolutely not. You do not need one. I don’t hear it. I don’t see it. So super long story short that’s where my Subaru goes to get fixed I think you should get on board it’s worth worth it save me $5200.

Absolutely horrible. Absolutely horrible. Absolutely horrible. First the owner told me that he is so good that even the Subaru dealer can't match his repairs skills. But when he worked on my Subaru, he seemed to be unaware how it was configured. Prices are almost the same as the dealership. And I always have been happy with the dealership and very happy with the quality of work coming from the dealership. Than he told me he did extra work for free. So I asked what exactly he did. Oh were was a little grease on the engine, so he wiped it off. He made it sound like he was making me such a huge favor. Most importantly, he is incredible slow and lies when your car will be done and stops answering your calls/messages for SEVERAL WEEKS!!!! He said my car would be ready in a week. A week goes by. I follow-up. No response. Another week goes by. No response still. Another week goes by. No response still. Finally I get a response. He has not done anything yet. Say he says it will be ready in a week. Another week goes by. No response still. Finally he messages me that he still has not started anything and will have done in a day. I waited almost 2 months to get my car back! And to be honest, the work seemed sloppy. Like after 2months he rushed to get it done. Yeah, I waited almost 2 months to get my car back. I spoke to the dealer. Yeah they know who he is. They don't recommend him and don't think that he that good.

Absolutely the best! Soobie Surgeons does excellent work at very reasonable prices. Their customer service is exceptional. I've taken my Outback to a number of different dealers, but Soobie Surgeons has given me by far the best service I've had anywhere. I cannot recommend them too highly.

Soobie Surgeons is a great place! Keith inspected my 2002 LL Bean Outback for free. He explained to me what things needed to be done tp make my car safe. Fair prices for me. Keith knows his stuff! I will bring my car there again.

Keith and Diane were great to work with! My heat went out in my 2020 Outback and he knew immediately what was wrong. It was a relief to know my car was with someone so knowledgeable. I also had him fix/replace my breaks and I could immediately tell the difference. My car breaks so smooth now! On top of that, he was much more affordable compared to the dealer. I would recommend Soobie Surgeons to all my Subaru friends. Going forward, I will be choosing Soobie Surgeons over the dealer. I can't say enough good things about them. Just very thankful to have found an independent mechanic that specializes in servicing Subaru!

Highly recommend if you own a Subaru and live in TC metro. This guy is honest, helpful, and actually explains in plain English when you need to know what's going on. They do extremely thorough work, keep you informed, and never pressure you to repair anything unnecessary. Their goal is to make exactly the repairs you ask for, and get the car back on the road with minimum fuss. I've had my car serviced with Soobie twice now and both times they've been exceptionally responsive, helpful, and efficient, and they informed me when they thought I should get a different service from the one I requested, and explained the full reasoning. These specialists are worth the drive, don't settle for middling work just to stay in the cities.

Keith and his crew were able to figure out what 2 other mechanics couldn't! It may have taken a bit (mother nature also not cooperating for my strange issue). They were extremely friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend! Thanks again soobie surgeons!

I would highly recommend Keith and Soobie Surgeons. I had multiple mechanics tell me I had a bad battery, when it was actually a connection terminal to the alternator. Keith and his team were the only ones to accurately diagnose the problem. Since then I have taken my vehicle to him for multiple issues. Very honest in his assessments. Fair prices and timing for the work that is needed. Will definitely continue to use his services!

I took my forester to Keith scoobie surgeons with a bad wheel bearing issue that I had. Keith took it in and fixed the problem and did a complete safety check on the car. The time out without my car was 3 days dropping it off late one day picking up late the day after he called me that it was fixed. Understandable since he is a small shop with a large following of customers. The review of my car has me ready to schedule some more repairs with Keith and his small crew of mechanics. They know what they are doing and are diligent in their work. Keep up the great work you do and I will be seeing you again to work on my Subaru Forester.
