I bought a vehicle from here and got 4 miles down the road when all the dashboard lights came on and the vehicle started to stall on the freeway. I was lucky to get it back. I asked for my money back and they said they would fix it and bring it to me without knowing what was wrong with it. I decided not to keep it and asked for my money back. I was also working with a program that was putting $5000 towards the vehicle. So it was $8000 . They gave me my cash of $3000 less $100 for a down payment and $20 for gas because they gave.me the vehicle empty but they never returned the money from the program for $5000 I wasn't going to keep a vehicle that I just paid $8000 for that wouldnt make it home. Then to top it off they falsified the receipt saying that I only paid $5000 for the vehicle so they didnt have to pay tax and license for it. They wont answer my calls or email. Do you really want to do business with those people? Also, there is no such thing as a non refundable deposit. By law they have to give it back or use it towards the purchase of the vehicle. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! As of 3/27/24 the organization did not receive the check back from you. It seems like you like playing the blame game with your employees. This is not the first bad review you have from people saying that you dont respond to calls or emails. Take responsibility for your company. Stop cheating people. I still want my down payment back too!

Apr 24, 2024Hi I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I was having tony handling my business while I was out of state for a funeral. I was doing what I could over the phone. When I got back I mailed the check to the church. The price should have been for the $8000. I have not seen any of the paperwork since the sale was reverse. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I shouldn't have left my business in someone else's hands while I was gone listen learned
Randy from Redline sold us a used car, helped us out. He's reliable and trustworthy. I will be buying from him again.
Sold me a vehicle that was salvage didn't even get it inspected. Title wasn't transferred out of his name. Stay for away from redline. Very horrible company's will not return calls

Nov 24, 2023We're sorry you're confused and having trouble completing your task. You were provided all the necessary paperwork at the time of purchase. Please contact your local dmv for further assistance
I was traveling from Pittsburgh to Fargo and needed my brake pads and rotors changed now. Redline was very quick to respond, did an accurate assessment of the problem with my truck did the work in an hour and a half at a fair price. The mechanic was friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Job well done.
This place is a scam. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Oh and the owner responds with backhanded comments or excuses. Save it. No way so many people all have had the same experience and it not be true. I tried purchasing a car 5 years ago. I know. It’s been awhile but after just recently purchasing a new vehicle it reminded me of how badly I was treated here! Edit: I tried buying a 2005 dodge magnum to be specific from here and I didn’t even make it half way home before I had sensors and the engine light going off. All I wanted and needed was a safe reliable car for me and my babies. This car was neither of these things! I tried returning the car and was told since they filed for the title to be transferred to my name already I would be charged $500. Whatever I took the $500 loss, returned that lemon and RAN with what amount of money I got back! After calling the state however the title wasn’t filed yet and does NOT cost $500 but it is what it is. I took the lady from the states advice and cashed that check as soon as I could. I didn’t even wait to leave town to cash it because of how sketchy this place was, I thought Either the check was going to bounce or they were going to put a stop payment on it! I would have had to pay way more in repairs had I kept that vehicle! It was a lesson learned but also a blessing I got screwed over because I found a safe and reliable vehicle from a reputable dealership and got a GREAT deal. Nothing like what they offer at this place. Run. Don’t walk, run!

May 24, 2023Hi sorry you feel that way. But what vehicle did we sell you. I don't remember doing any business with you or meeting you. I think you have the wrong dealership
NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!! SALVAGED TITLE NEVER DISCLOSED DURING PURCHASE OR AT TEST DRIVE BUT WRITTEN BARELY LEGIBLE ON THE SALES RECEIPT!!! PAID $10,000 CASH AND DISCOVERED WHEN WE RECEIVED THE TITLE!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!! OWNER CLAIMS ON POST, WAS NEVER ON POST!!!!! WHY WOULD ANYONE PAY $10,000 CASH OVER MARKET VALUE FOR A CAR IN GOOD CONDITION. AGAIN DID NOT SHARE WHEN ASKED AND NOT LEGIBLE AND FAST TALKED AT SALE ABOUT ALL THE REPAIRS AND NEW TIRES ECT. YES, I DID SIGN THE RECEIPT BUT NEVER DID HE SHARE SALVAGED TITLE BLUE BOOK IN GOOD CONDITION IS LESS THAN $9,000. HES A GOOD QUICK TALKER AND DISTRACTS EASILY!!!! KARMA 😘

May 24, 2023Hi sorry you feel that way. It was in the ad saying prior Salvage and also you signed your name next to it. This is the reason why you got the car for $9500 and not $15,000
i purchased a car from randy and this is the worst car buying experience i ever had. i paid cash for the car and never got the title from him,, and have been fighting with him to get the duplicate title and on top of this the vehicle has a lien on it and he wont fix this problem. i bought this car in may 2022. so buyer beware make sure you have all the paperwork for your purchases from this guy. i cannot even get tabs or any title until he complies. which obviously he has no intentions of doing this

May 24, 2023I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided. It is my understanding that at the time of purchase you did not reside in MN and for that reason you received both the title and lien release upon purchasing the vehicle. You then misplaced both documents before registering the vehicle. As you know, the only way that a dealership can obtain a duplicate title for an out of state sale is through the previous owner. The other option is for the buyer, you, to purchase a bonded title, as was explained to you by the DMV agent. We are currently waiting for a response from the previous owner. We will continue to try to contact the previous owner until this issue is resolved. We understand that the situation is frustrating and we want to help in anyway we can, but our options are limited. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do in the meantime.
