I have been with Next Generation for many years and am very satisfied with the service. Marti, Joe and crew are friendly and professional, giving a fair estimate of service cost and in a timely manner.

This used to be our go-to shop, but the prices are now outrageous, reportedly due to new ownership. After embarrassingly having to pay a ridiculous amount for routine services without a price change being disclosed to us ahead of time, we will be finding a new shop. I must, however, point out that we have never had a bad experience with the talent at Next Gen. They are always friendly, personable, and professional. Unfortunately, that does not cover the abhorrent prices they are now setting.
