Marti and her team are the best! They provide quick and efficient service and provide clear communication along the way. They provide an honest and thorough service including any recommendations - but don’t pressure for upfixes like most places. Haven’t heard of them? You might want to check them out next time you need your vehicle serviced. Growing up in a mechanic family, I am extremely picky about who services my vehicles. I am SO grateful for this shop! They are so friendly, caring, and always find time to fit me in for a tune-up or repair. This morning, my engine light came on and I didn't have my code reader with me. I called and spoke to Marti, and she said I could bring my car in right away. They scanned for a code, cleared it, and got me on my way in under 10 minutes. The code is for an engine exhaust module that is on a national back order right now. Thank you Next Gen for all of your help!

People are nice but the price is ridiculous and really have to watch them. Had my tailgate handle and mechanism replaced. Last year. Worked for while and not it doesn’t. They want to charge me more to fix it again and not back their work. You really have to pay close attention to details and charges.

Highly Recommend! Marti and her team do a wonderful job taking care of our fleet vehicles. She is very upfront and honest about pricing. There is no pressure to add recommended services when needed, just knowledge and why we should do it. I love how flexible the entire team is with our company dropping off vehicles and getting maintenance work done during the day. Did a great job with putting tires on my vehicle. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in right away. Very friendly and cost was very reasonable.

Very prompt and professional service. They inform you of all their work. As a Range Rover owner I’m especially pleased that they know how to service my car and are certified.

Communication was clear. Very efficient getting back to me via a detailed apo link sent through a text message. Something you can go back and review as long as you have the link. States what immediately needs to be fixed and where you are at with future things such as breaks tires etc that need to be evaluated in future. Prices also separate per each issue w vehicle. Great employees and well run facility.

I had a very difficult situation as I was driving a vehicle cross country to my daughter and had it break down around 10 miles from Next Generation. They were one of the few options I had as I used insurance for the tow and I am grateful that the car was dropped at this location. The team was very understanding as it was a worst case scenario as the engine threw a belt and destroyed the engine. Needing a complete replacement the team assisted me with delivery and installation of the new engine all the while keeping me in the loop as things progressed. Of course this was not an easy change as it was a Volkswagen Beetle and the engine bay is very small but the head mechanic doing the work was extremely thorough even finding a small leak after testing that was caused by the company shipping the engine in. After a couple additional days of waiting due to the items the mechanic was able to catch they were able to get me back on the road. My daughter has been driving the vehicle since and says it is running great and upon completion I had to finish my 22 hour drive so I can say they did a great job. Staff especially Marti were outstanding as they understood how difficult this was as I was hours from my house and had to make sure the schedule worked. They were completely empathetic and did their best to get this done quickly and did a great job. Could not ask for more from a shop working on your vehicle and only wish they were closer to my house.

If there was 10 stars to give i would give all 10! These guys are very knowledgeable, have fast service, communication with costumer is awesome! Next Generation gained a new costumer! My dad also had a question about his vehicle tonight and they right away put it on the hoist even thou it was near closing time and brought him back and showed him where the leak was! My dad also was shocked at how helpful they were. Love this place and i would highly recommend this place to anyone!
