amazing customer service!! pulled in to tire pros with no appointment on a busy saturday, while traveling with a flat tire. was on my way in 45 minutes - complete rock stars & so very thankful.

May 17, 2024Bill, I appreciate you taking the time to chat with me today. You came in for an alignment to correct tire wear, but with the loose parts you had we cannot perform the alignment. If we tried to align it with these loose parts it would be a waste of your money and our time. Like I said on the phone, we would like the opportunity to show you and educate you on the repairs needed on your vehicle. That offer still stands.
