We were on out of town and on our way to Chicago on a road trip and got a flat tire. We called them up & they were able to get us in right away and fix our tire so we could be on our way 😭. Nicest crew as well! Thank you!!

Went here for a normal oil change earlier today, my appointment was at 5:30pm and the lady on the phone was totally fine with scheduling me for that time but when I got there the person at the front was kind of rude telling me they typically don’t have people come in after 5:30 but because I was already on the schedule they will let me in this time. When I came back to pick up my car my whole car smelt like weed so much so that I drove home with my windows down and spent time wiping my car down when I got home. Weather they were in my car or not when smoking it, none the less it smells like they were in my car smoking it. IT’S THAT BAD!!! I have a 6 month old that is with me in my car almost everyday so I will not be back.

Checked the alignment for free, got me in and out within 30 minutes! Thanks guys!

Stay away! I called this place for a price on one tire and they proceeded with the classic tire scam of needing 4 tires threatening severe damage to my vehicle because of the tread depth difference. The lady who took my call was obviously trained by a greasy tire salesman as this is a known scam. She then said I'd have to sign an agreement stating they were not liable and I said no problem. Once she finally got over her threatening sales pitch, she gave me a ridiculous price for one tire that was $150.00 more then the next highest tire dealer. If you measure 4 new tires of the same size in the circumference you will find that they are not the same and off by more then a millimeter. Further, roads are not straight and even on straight roads there is a crown. Only on a perfectly straight flat road when you drive perfectly straight and you have the same circumference tires you will see the wheel speed the same on all 4 corners of the vehicle. Wheel speed will also change depending on air pressure causing the circumference of the tires to increase or decrease. Then there are potholes and other road obstacles that will change tire wheel speed. All of this wheel speed is constantly changing while you drive, therefore if you buy a tire that is the same size (P235/75R15 for example) as the others but different tread heights you are likely not going to cause any damage to a vehicle unless the axle is a permanently locked differential (usually not street driven vehicles - only racing applications). Also, if you are worried about the slight variation in tire size due to tread you can shave the tire down or simply adjust tire pressures to accommodate the circumference change within reason (pay attention to the min / max tire pressure recommended by the OEM). In short stay away from this place or any place that tries to threaten you by needing 4 tires "or else". Even dealerships sometimes try this as the service writers have no real education other then what tire salespeople teach them or even sometimes the OEM service trainers will teach this tactic as they know it can result in money in the dealerships pockets. I worked for a tire outfit like Car-X years ago as well as a dealership both while going to school for automotive engineering. While working at these locations we were pressured to sell and often had tire salespeople giving this pitch to us in person or would have to attend tire sales training conference put on by the tire companies learning how to "teach the tire sale". Just be careful of who you trust (service people are sales people too!) and stay away from scammers like this sales lady at Car-X in Hudson.

I had my radiator and passenger rear wheel bearing replaced. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my vehicle. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you for everything.

I took my car here and got a brake inspection completed due to hearing a grinding noise when I pressed on the brakes. I was quoted $670 for the front pads and rotors and was told my brakes were not safe to be on the road. I decided I would ask my brother for his opinion first and left. As I was leaving, the tech who was working on my car told the other tech he tried his hardest to get me to get the work done. I ended up taking my car to a different location in town and had another brake inspection completed. All my pads and rotors were measured and turned out to be just fine. There were no longer any noises when they took my vehicle out for their test drive. I was told it was likely rust or a little debris that may have gotten in there. I was sent on my way and haven't had any issues with my brakes. I'm glad I was not talked into having any unessesary work completed.

Cannot express my gratitude enough for the speed, efficiency & quality workmanship provided to me when I had emergent situation occur today. Adrienne consistently kept me updated on the timeline for my repairs while Trevor found a way to rearrange his schedule to complete the work that was needed on my car prior to my kids being released from school.
