Bought TPMS sensors from CarX and they all died within a year and half. Lifetime warranty package which cost me $119 covered none of them. I'd recommend sourcing your parts from anywhere else unfortunately.

Horrible place. Huge mark-up on parts purchased through them and they don't even use OEM parts. We had tpms sensors ($85 each) installed with a new set of tires and they failed only after 1.5 years. We purchased a lifetime warranty policy from the shop and now they want to charge us for new TPMS($165 each for theirs, note Ford OEM ones cost $83 each)sensors and labor to install them. The sensors are twice the cost of OEM ones and they will only warranty them for a year. Plus not standing by the lifetime warranty we purchased makes this place a rip off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! You have been warned.

Had an appointment for 11:00, was waiting there. My vehicle was not brought in to start service until 11:53. Why make an appointment for a 15 minute oil change and then wait that long to have a service done. Tires were not rotated nor was tire pressure checked.

I never write reviews but I'm quite upset. I have a charity auction coming up to raise money for childhood cancer in memory of my 3 month old nephew who passed away the day after Christmas (hence why this situation is very emotional for me and why I'm going public). Years ago I went to Car-X Tire and Auto in Hudson and was thrilled with the customer service I received. On Saturday, I attempted to book an appointment online. The online booking agent listed all day Monday and Tuesday available. I selected 11am on Monday, and thinking I'm good, I go about my day. Later, I get a message saying they're fully booked until Tuesday at 5. Sort of upset as this is less than 12 hours before we leave, I request the 5pm appointment on Tuesday. Confident that I, once again, had an appointment I scheduled my pre-trip planning around that. I get a message today saying they now booked 5pm as well and am I available at all later in the week. No Ma'am, No I'm not, as I mentioned in my original messages! I am going to miss my event because now all other places are booked as well. If I had known the original appointment was not available I would have looked elsewhere earlier and not been in this situation. This business took that choice away from me and are now not able to fulfill the necessary service I need to get to my destination safely. Update: they apologized for "the inconvenience" - stepping on a lego is an inconvenience, getting your sleeve wet when washing your hands is an inconvenience. My nephew no longer being in this world is a little more than an inconvenience...

Friendly and competent staff, nobody trying to upsell customers on useless stuff, all you can ask for from a little auto shop.

I had gone to Valvoline in Hudson and had an oil change & tire rotation done. During the tire rotation something happened to the torque wrench and the tech told me it stripped the lug nut on one of my tires. They said CarX would fix it and Valvoline would foot the bill. Gary brought my car into the bay and checked it out and discovered that the lug nut was actually fine, but the stud was broken. They ordered what they needed from Autozone and got my broken stud taken care of quickly! The district manager was training in a new employee for the service desk and both of them were very friendly! I will definitely coming back for future services! Thanks for a great experience!
