Excellent experience. The waiting area is clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was completed in a timely manor. And, the communication was great. I will definitely use them again.

It’s difficult to find a trustworthy shop these days. Not only is everyone here just that but also very reliable and professional. I blew my tire at 6 in the morning. They open at 7 but took me in at 645 and gave me a loaner and I was out and on my way at to work within an hour. Not sure where their prices rank but it really didn’t matter because of the overall experience. They are worth it. Ask for Austin Hill. He will take care of you.

People are super nice, if you have a small fortune to spend there. We had been stranded 2,000 miles away from home. They could not diagnose our truck after about a week. We took our truck somewhere else. They do have really good free cookies though!

Austin provided above superior customer service with my auto concerns. Shuttle service is available for customers despite being a smaller shop. I highly recommend Silver Lake Auto and Tire. I have had a terrific experience here.

In order to post, I had to select 1 star, which is grossly over rating the service received. 6 months and 9k miles ago I had a full front and rear brake replacement done at Silver Lake in Hartland for a significant dollar amount. This past weekend experienced hard grinding on front driver side when braking. Issue found was missing caliper bolt, which (appreciated) was replaced. Diagnostic report also cited worn pads in rear, which again, were fully replaced by Silver Lake 6 months and 9k miles ago. Well under the Silver Lake warranty, I was questioned about driving style, a pathetic response to their own credibility and work performed. I was told driver side caliper bolt was replaced (will confirm later at home on my own), but the rear pads were completely unaddressed. Furthermore, when picking up vehicle, found that a hub cap piece to wheel was broken...with zero communication from staff. When I confronted them, the technician blamed Adam who blamed Taven. Such an incredible lack of professionalism and accountability, really very sad. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SILVER LAKE. You will be met with lies, deception and an untrustworthy experience. It is "silver" lake because they are light years away from being gold standard. Save yourself the money, time and frustration.

The team at Silver Lake Auto is amazing. They evaluated my car and got the repair done efficiently and communicated well throughout the process. I will be using them for all of my auto service moving forward.

After taking my car to the dealer for first service check to find they only checked lights and did tire rotation taking over an hour to wait, Silver Lake also did oil change checked everything from front to back, detailed inside and watched floor mats and gave it a car wash! Our service Advisor Adam Swanson went above and beyond to service us in a timely manner and stayed past closing hours on a Friday evening to ensure we were able to pick up our vehicle before the weekend closing! We were also appreciative of the full inspection review and analysis including picture and recommendations. Silver Lake found several service issues we needed to address that was missed by our previous auto repair provider. Glad we made a switch to a much more professional and thorough service provider. Silver Lake Auto is close to my work and I knew my boss had used them often. I had air continuously leaking from a tire and suspected I had a nail or puncture. They were able to get me in the same day and make the repair. I got a free car wash and vacuum out or the small and affordable fix. All the men were nice, it was taken care of very quickly, and I was impressed with the overall thoroughness they provided, including photos and updates on other parts of the car so I have the records. I expect I will be returning for future needs.

If I could give 90 stars to these people I would! They are the most thorough out of the entire country. I am a professional transport person and I've never seen detail work done like this in my entire life. Let alone they actually got it in when they said they would and got it out about a week earlier than they anticipated. They did a deep dive into my 2004 3500 diesel and found a gazillion problems that the dealership didn't when I bought it. They did a detailed report along with amazing picture. I will be chiseling away the work that needs to be done with these guys as much as possible. Super friendly customer service great mechanics and their tow guy was very knowledgeable. I definitely will be back. ❣️
