I recently moved to Lake Country and got a flat tire the same day I was to leave for the East Coast. I checked with a few other auto repair shops in the area, all of which would not be able to help me on the spot. I took it to Silver Lake Auto and they were able to order a matching tire and have it on my car within two hours. I have since taken all my cars there for repair and maintenance and continue to receive quality work and inspections. The homemade cookies are good too!

Awesome service as usual. Fixed my tire, oil change, new wiper blades, and they dropped me off at work and picked me up. Great run-down of all recommendations as well. Thank you so much. Highly recommend to anyone looking for service.

The experience I had at Silver Lake Auto was the best auto repair experience I have ever had. As a new person to the area, I was concerned of being taken advantage of when dealing with auto repair. The team at Silver Lake treated me like family and with integrity at each step of the repair process. I would highly recommend Silver Lake for auto service and repair.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Silver Lake Auto & Tires. They were knowledgeable and thorough. Scheduling an appointment was easy and I was able to get my vehicle in quickly. All work was completed to my satisfaction and staff was honest about what work should be done now, and which parts still had life left.

Always a good experience, been with them probably 15 years although very pricey on vintage car labor. Adam and crew are very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend them

Needed a tire repair prior to long road trip. Taven and the team at Silver Lake helped me get back on the road. Cleanest auto repair center I've seen. Highly recommend and thanks John O Hartland

Highly recommended place to take your vehicle. Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable technicians. One of the managers there I believe his name was “Taven” went above and beyond during my visit and helped me throughout the process there. Will be returning!

One of my employees went to Silver Lake Auto & Tire Center on 30620 County Rd VV, Hartland, WI 53029. Called and asked for a quote for an alignment on his 1966 El Camino was quoted $170.00 thought that was a touch high but it's about 1/4 mile from my shop. He got a call saying well since it's old now it will be $350.00. Grant it he already replaced everything in the front end, everything I mean Everything was brand new NO rust or seized parts to deal with. He also asked them to look at his shifter was quoted an additional $150.00. When he picked it up. The bill was over $720.00!!! They couldn't do anything thing with the shifter because it needed new bushing, but still charged him the money to look at it for the minute and a half. As for the alignment they said it was $350.00 more than the original $170.00. And the car still doesn't go down the road safe. Well lesson learned never ever take your vehicle to a shop that has to learn on your car, if they would have been honest up front and said we don't know how to do older cars FINE he would have taken it to a better equipped place. So take my advice and never trust a shop that is basically just a parts replacer.
