Was originally told it would take 7 days but it took a total of 26. After replacing the headlight four times they figured out the real problem was the fog light. The fog light was supposed to have been included in the original repair but the man that had done the original appraisal had been fired and now the work was being handled by another estimator. All through the way lack of contact, professionalism and care ended up with the lowest possible score that I'm able to give. Was not offered a loaner car or any assistance in a rental ended up in a huge family mess with only having one car and two people to get around for work. Can't describe my frustration and disappointment in this company.

Had a huge door ding in my new truck. I was able to get an estimate, set up a reasonable time to get it in and they even arraigned for a rental. The informative texts were really helpful to get constant progress reports. I am so impressed with the quality work.
