11k hail damage which was all paid by us and our insurance company. I discovered when I got home I discovered that 2 roof side rails and a piece piece of trim over a side sliding door were left off. Got this text in Sept 1st:Hello Caliber Pewaukee here, I just wanted to let you know repairs are complete and your vehicle is ready for pick up. We are open until 5:30 p.m. tonight, otherwise 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. tomorrow. Was told the week before on Thurday they were putting it back together. Person who was in charge of the repairs did not communicate the deals of what was missing to the front office. No clue on how long we will be without the parts. To try to keep out water I taped over a couple of holes where the chrome would have been attached over the door.

They repaired damage to my daughter’s car from an accident. The entire process was smooth and easy. They kept us well informed, we’re wonderful to work with and even finished early! The work was great!

Great experience with this company everyone was very friendly and they kept me informed of all the steps they were taking to repair my car. I was extra specially happy that I got my car back earlier than promised.

They were very honest looked over the damage gave me a idea what it would cost. Kept me updated everyday on the progress and told me when it would be finished. Come to find out it was finished one week earlier. It looks great. If I need work done again I will use Caliber Collison

A sharp metal object in my garage apparently wanted to "reach out and touch someone " as the old commercial went. When it did this to my car, I stopped as quickly as possible. But, I was now the proud owner of 2 paint deep scratches in my door. I went to Caliber Collision and asked them if they could help. Of course, they did! Twenty minutes later they sent me on my way! All signs of the scratches are gone! Thank you again Caliber!
