Kevin Drury and Chris are the best!
Nice and personal.
I had horrible service here a few years ago and vowed to never come back. Then my service advisor I was working with at Braeger, who always gave me great service, moved to Holz so I followed him here. Shawn always is thorough with his explanations, honest, and great with communication. I’ll keep coming back as long as he’s here.
Though I hate when that check engine light comes on, I appreciate the staff in the service depth. Shawn, the manager, is always super helpful and takes the time to make sure I know what's going on. Great customer service 👏🏼
