Had everything I needed
Service is awful. Boyfriend took car for check engine light. Car still under warranty. They said it was gas cap. Bought gas cap. Several hours passed check engine light still on. MY BROTHER reset code. Im not sure if light still on but My point is Holz did nothing. They use to be decent. I guess they want to do the nothing to barely minimum. Thats must be their service moto. Would not buy car or get car serviced. My dad use to buy cars all the time from the ower 20-30 years ago. I bought my Monte Carlo from them. Sad how its changed for the worst.

Jun 24, 2023I would be happy to look into this visit and see what happened. However, I would need your boyfriend to contact me as I do not have his information. He can call me anytime at 414-425-7180. Thank you, Kevin Drury - Service Director
I'm a diehard Subaru guy and so is my wife. We bought a used 2015 Chevrolet Sonic 3 years ago for our son, though, because there weren't and Scooby's in our price range and the Sonic was a tremendous deal. OK, enough about the car, other than to say I hated it, which led us here far too often. I can say they are tough to get in for an appointment (Subaru City - never) but when you come in, the people here are phenomenally nice, professional and place is spotless. Downsides...well, about three months ago my so. and I took it in for an inspection of a coolant and an oil leak. A week before, I powered washed the lower half of tge engine to male any seepage more visible. Nothing. My son was driving it the next day and came home saying he smelled gas. He's not a gearhead like me, so his descriptions aren't always accurate or helpful. But sure enough, there was a hole in the upper line. A section of braided nylon over a thick plastic hose. In the engine compartment. I've had a couple cars emerge from shops with problems that did not exist. And a hole in a brake line (an abrasion, leading to a hole is unheard of. Did they do it? I can't say for certain. They'd deny it if I brought it up. And for 2015, the geniuses at GM made the entire fuel line from engine to gas tank ONE piece. Over $250 and guessing huge labor seeing how it runs I patched it using a barbed hose joiner and hose clamps. We just traded it in for a 2006 Subaru Impreza. So I'd recommended taking a car here under warranty, but if you have e a mechanic you trust, go there.

If U want a GM product, or need parts & service U can't go wrong dealing with HOLZ CHEVROLET in Hales Corners. U should stop.
Super service. Friendly, clean and accommodating.
Horrible not people friendly !!!
Excellent service
Service was basic oil change, on time at expected cost. Only negative is service manager was going to get back to me regarding a service bulletin, hasn't occured yet.
Service tech Justin was on top of his game. Took my 2022 Trailblazer in for its first oil change and he explained everything they did. It took less than an hour for all they did. Very impressed.
